We were encouraged to live tweet using the #BrumHist from the event.  A few of us did this and I think it really captured the conversations and the event so I have storified it!

As you can see the panel was brilliant!

After the event it was time for a signing!

And of course time for a mingle with the authors and meet internet friends in real life!

brumhist16brumhist15A huge thank you to Waterstones Birmingham for hosting such a fab event and to all the authors for being absolutely brilliant!

Happy Reading!

What a good idea to Storify the tweets! And pleased to see I made the cut in some of them. It’s a really great way to keep the atmosphere of the event which was so full of interesting snippets.

I thought this was a fantastic event, actually all three of the ‘YA &…’ panels I’ve been to in the last few weeks at Waterstones in Birmingham have been. Now just going to start reading all the lovely signed books I’ve picked up at them!

Hi Laura. Thanks for stopping by. Yes it was such a wonderful event and really inspiring. Thanks for live tweeting too otherwise I wouldn’t have had a good selection to storify 🙂 x
